The project below is a pilot nuclear facility built to produce medical and industrial radioisotopes. Both building design and construction was completed in 229 days on an accelerated schedule, final startup authorization from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) was received in July of 2026. Building is concrete tilt-up wall panels with a steel framed roof, and the required fire suppression water tower located on the site was made to look like a half scale Saturn V rocket.
